Highmark Stadium is in Orchard Park, roughly 15 miles south of Buffalo Niagara International Airport. On a normal day that is a 25 to 30 minute drive. On a game day, allow closer to 45 once traffic builds on the approach. The flat rate is $75 per vehicle, fixed when you book.
Most visiting fans are not going straight from the jet bridge to their seat. Flying Into Buffalo for a Bills Game
Very few visiting fans stay in Orchard Park itself. Most end up downtown, near the airport in Cheektowaga, out in Amherst or Williamsville, or across in Niagara Falls if they are making a weekend of it. That means the trip from BUF is usually more than one ride.
A typical weekend runs airport to hotel on arrival, hotel to the stadium on game day, stadium back to the hotel afterwards, and hotel to the airport at the end. Each of those is its own flat rate and its own confirmed booking, so nothing depends on finding a car at the moment you need one.

Some passengers do the whole thing in a day, flying in that morning and back out to BUF after the game, without ever checking into a hotel.
If you have luggage, the hotel comes first. That is booked as two rides, airport to hotel and then hotel to the stadium, each at its own flat rate rather than one fare with a stop in the middle. It costs more than a single leg, but it is the version that actually works, and it gives you somewhere to leave a bag and change before kickoff.
