These Terms of Service apply to the Buffalo Canada Airport Taxi website and transportation booking requests. By using our website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.

Booking Requests

Submitting a booking form does not automatically guarantee a confirmed ride. Your ride is considered requested until Buffalo Canada Airport Taxi confirms availability, pickup details, and final trip information.

We may contact you by phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your ride.

Service Area

Buffalo Canada Airport Taxi provides airport taxi and transportation service from Buffalo, New York to destinations including Niagara Falls, Toronto, St. Catharines, Rochester, and surrounding areas.

Some routes may include cross-border travel between the United States and Canada.

Rates and Pricing

Rates shown on the website are flat-rate or starting-rate estimates for common routes. Final pricing may depend on pickup location, dropoff location, vehicle type, passenger count, luggage, waiting time, return trips, special requests, or route changes.

Flat-rate pricing should be confirmed before pickup.

Payment

Payment can be made by cash. Card payments are accepted with a 4% processing fee. All major forms of payment may be accepted, subject to driver or business confirmation.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including:

• Correct pickup and dropoff addresses
• Correct date and time
• Accurate phone number and email address
• Flight number, if applicable
• Passenger count
• Luggage or child seat needs
• Return trip details, if applicable

Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.

Airport Pickup

For Buffalo Airport arrivals, passengers should collect all baggage first and meet the driver outside baggage claim at Pole 13 beside the limo parking area, unless otherwise instructed.

Flight tracking may be available when a valid flight number is provided, but passengers should still contact us if flight details change.

Cross-Border Travel

Passengers crossing between the United States and Canada are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, NEXUS cards, or other accepted travel documents.

Buffalo Canada Airport Taxi is not responsible if a passenger is denied entry, delayed at the border, lacks required documents, or provides inaccurate travel information.

Border wait times, inspections, traffic, weather, and road conditions may affect travel time.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or change a booking request, contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp at (716) 957-8900.

Cancellation terms may depend on route, timing, driver dispatch status, and special arrangements.

Waiting Time and Delays

Driver will monitor provided flight details and adjust airport pickup timing when possible. Additional waiting fees may apply for delays beyond 40 minutes at the airport or border due to unforeseen circumstances, passenger delays, missing documents, inspections, or other conditions outside our control. Waiting time may be billed at $35 per hour after the included wait period.

Additional charges may also apply for unscheduled stops, major route changes, or delays caused by inaccurate booking information.

Vehicle Selection

Vehicle availability may vary. We make reasonable efforts to provide the selected vehicle type, but substitutions may occur depending on availability, passenger count, luggage, and operational needs.

Child Seats

Child seats may be available upon request. Customers should request a child seat when booking. Availability should be confirmed before pickup.

No Guarantee of Travel Time

Estimated travel times are provided for convenience only. Actual travel time may vary due to traffic, border wait times, weather, road conditions, construction, airport delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We try to keep website information accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee that all prices, availability, travel times, or route details are error-free. We may update website content at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buffalo Canada Airport Taxi is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights, missed appointments, travel disruptions, border delays, or losses caused by inaccurate booking information or events outside our control.
