Car Seats and Family Loads
Car seats are available on request. Tell us at booking whether you need an infant seat, a toddler seat, or a booster, and the count. We provide and install them for the airport pickup so you do not need to fly with your own.
For families crossing the border, plan slightly extra time at the bridge. Border officers often ask the children direct questions, especially when only one parent is traveling. Have all travel documents on hand.
When in Doubt, Send the Bag Count
Drivers can move quickly when the right vehicle is assigned. The single most useful thing you can include at booking is an honest bag count, including unusually shaped or heavy items. We would rather assign a slightly larger vehicle than have you arrive at the curb to a vehicle that does not fit everything.
