Loading Luggage and Departing
The driver helps load luggage into the trunk. Climb in, confirm the address with the driver, and you are off. For cross-border trips into Canada, have passports and travel documents ready before you reach the bridge.
Once on the road, the driver drives directly to your destination. Cross-border rides cross at the Peace Bridge or Rainbow Bridge depending on conditions. Local rides go directly to the dropoff address.
If You Arrive Late at Night
