What Went Wrong, and What We Can Do Tonight
Most same-night calls fall into one of these six situations. Find yours, then call or message with your location and destination.
Landed After the Last Shuttle
Your flight came in late and the rideshare screen is showing long waits or nothing at all. Call with where you are in the terminal and where you need to go. If a driver is available we give you a pickup time and the fare before you commit.
Rebooked for Tomorrow
Need an airport hotel tonight, a ride home, or would rather drive to a nearby city than wait for the next available seat? We can do any of the three, so you are not sleeping in the terminal.
Counter Closed or No Cars Left
Reservation lost, counter shut for the night, or the lot is empty. A private car gets you to your hotel or destination tonight, and you can sort the rental out in the morning.
No Drivers, or a Destination in Canada
No one accepting the trip, a cancelled match, or a drop-off in Niagara Falls Ontario that app drivers will not take across the border. We are licensed for cross-border trips and quote the whole ride up front.
Overnight in Buffalo, Early Rebooking
Stuck here tonight with a 6 AM seat tomorrow? We can drop you at a hotel now and bring you back for the morning flight, both legs on one booking.
Diverted or Rerouted
Your real destination is Niagara Falls, Hamilton, or Toronto and you have ended up at BUF. Have passports ready. Late-night border crossings are usually quick, and the driver handles the bridge.
Where Can We Take You Tonight?
Flat rates apply on the routes below wherever a fare is shown. Everything else is quoted before you get in. Each destination links to its full route page.

Five Things, Then a Pickup Time
We do not run a staffed dispatch desk overnight, so the honest version is this: call, and if a driver is available you get a pickup time and a fare before you commit to anything. Here is what we need to know to answer quickly.
Once a ride is confirmed, walk out of the baggage claim doors and along the curb to Pole 13 in the limo lot. It is a separate lane from the rideshare pickup, well lit, and the driver will pull up to you. The full walkthrough is in the Buffalo Airport pickup guide.
Pole 12 and 13 in the limo lot outside baggage claim, our meeting point at BUF.
- 1Call or message
(716) 957-8900 by phone or WhatsApp. Say it is for tonight.
- 2Where you are
Baggage claim, which door or pole you are near, or the name of the hotel you are at.
- 3Where you are going
Address or hotel name. Say if it is in Canada so we confirm documents and the crossing.
- 4Passengers and luggage
How many people and how many bags, so the right vehicle is sent the first time.
- 5We confirm availability and price
A realistic pickup time and the fare, before you commit. Then walk to Pole 13.
Call for Current Availability
One number for phone and WhatsApp, any hour. Tell us where you are, where you are going, and how many of you there are.
Same-night requests are subject to driver and vehicle availability. Advance booking is recommended whenever possible.
The Terminal Is Quiet After 11 PM
Buffalo Niagara International Airport thins out fast after the last evening bank lands. The concessions close, the rental counters shut, and curb-side options depend on who happens to be around. A same-night ride is possible, and we take those calls, but the traveler who booked before boarding has a driver waiting rather than a phone call to make.
If you are reading this before you fly, use the form above with your flight number. If you are reading it in the terminal, call. Either way, the fare on a published route is the same.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, subject to driver and vehicle availability. Calling or sending a WhatsApp message is the fastest way to get an answer for a ride in the next few hours. The online form works too, and is the better choice for a ride that is more than a few hours away.
Yes. The phone and WhatsApp number are the same at any hour. If a call is not answered immediately, send a WhatsApp message with your location, destination, and passenger count and we respond as soon as we can. Advance bookings are always the more reliable option for post-midnight rides.
Yes, when a driver is available. Late-night crossings at the Peace Bridge and Rainbow Bridge are usually quick. Every passenger needs a valid passport, NEXUS card, or other accepted travel document, and admission to Canada is always the decision of the border officer, not the driver.
If you booked ahead with a flight number, the driver is already tracking it and waits for the new arrival time at no extra charge. If you have not booked yet, call once you know when you will actually land and we tell you what is available.
Tell us what you need: a hotel near the airport tonight, a ride home, or a long-distance run to your final destination instead of waiting for the next flight. We quote the option you choose before you commit, and if you are rebooked for the morning we can arrange the return to the airport on the same booking.
Yes. Rochester is a published flat rate. Syracuse and other long-distance destinations are quoted before pickup and depend on having a driver available for the full trip, which is more likely with even a few hours of notice.
It depends on where our drivers are at that moment. When you call we give you a realistic pickup time before you commit rather than promising a number we cannot keep. If nobody is available we will say so rather than leave you waiting at the curb.
