Leaving From a Niagara Falls Hotel
Most of our Bills game passengers are staying on the Canadian side for the weekend rather than in Buffalo. Pickup is at your hotel entrance at a time we set together, working backwards from kickoff rather than from the raw driving time.
The Fallsview corridor, Clifton Hill, and Lundy's Lane are all inside the flat rate, and so are addresses further out towards Chippawa and Marineland. There is no per-hotel surcharge and no need to meet the driver somewhere else.
If you are also arriving from or departing to Buffalo Airport that weekend, it is worth booking those legs at the same time so one company is holding the whole itinerary.

Entering the United States for the Game
Going south you are processed by US Customs and Border Protection. The driver takes the lane, and every passenger answers CBP questions directly about where they live, where they are going, and why. Passports stay with each passenger rather than being collected.
Every passenger is responsible for carrying their own valid travel documents and for their own admissibility. A transportation company cannot determine whether someone is admitted, and we cannot influence a CBP decision. If a passenger is refused entry, that is between them and CBP.
Your driver picks the crossing on the day. The Peace Bridge is the most direct route towards Orchard Park, but when it backs up the Rainbow Bridge or Queenston-Lewiston can be quicker even though the drive is longer. The flat rate does not change based on which bridge is used.
How Much Extra Time Should We Allow?
More than you would for a normal trip, and we would rather set the pickup early than tight. Two separate variables stack on a game day: the border, which swings widely by day and hour and is outside anyone's control, and the approach to the stadium, where Abbott Road closes to traffic six hours before kickoff and the last couple of miles run slower than the rest of the drive.
We will not publish a precise door-to-kickoff figure, because an honest one does not exist. What we do is set your pickup time against the specific kickoff, the day of the week, and what the crossings are actually doing that weekend, then build in margin. A Sunday afternoon game and a Thursday night game are different problems.
If you are on a tight schedule, tell us at booking. It is usually better to arrive early and spend the extra half hour outside the stadium than to be sitting at the bridge at kickoff.
Returning to Canada After the Game
This is the part most people underestimate, and it is the main reason to book a return rather than improvise. Sixty thousand people leave at once, vehicle access around the stadium is tightly controlled afterwards, and you then have a northbound border crossing on top of that. Rideshare is a weak plan here even for people going back into Buffalo, and the Bills themselves advise fans to have a backup for the ride home.
Your return is arranged before the game: a specific time and a specific meeting point agreed with your driver, not a message sent from the middle of a crowd. If the game runs long or goes to overtime, call or message and we adjust.
Northbound you are processed by the Canada Border Services Agency, and the same rule applies as going south. Every passenger carries their own documents and answers for their own admissibility. Same-day trips carry no personal exemption for goods brought back, so anything bought at the stadium is declarable.

A standard Niagara Falls to Buffalo ride has one variable: the border. A Bills game day has three. The border, the stadium approach, and a fixed deadline you cannot move, because kickoff happens whether or not you are there.
It is also a round trip on the same day, which a normal airport transfer usually is not. The return leg has to be planned around when the stadium actually empties rather than when the clock hits zero, and the crossing back has its own peak.
