We Visited the Hyatt Regency and STK Steakhouse
The Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview is the newest major hotel to open in the Niagara Falls district, launching in April 2026. When it opened, our team went in person to walk the property before recommending it to any of our passengers.
The building is striking. At 42 floors, it sits prominently in the Fallsview skyline. The lobby is polished and modern with a premium feel from the moment you walk in. The interior design is clean and contemporary, with materials and finishes that reflect the surrounding environment without being overdone.
We also visited STK Steakhouse Fallsview, which operates inside the hotel and is open to guests and the public. The space is upscale, the menu is focused on premium cuts and quality ingredients, and the bar is well-stocked. It is a genuinely good restaurant, not just a hotel dining room. We photographed the full interior so our passengers can see exactly what to expect before they arrive.

STK is one of the most recognized modern steakhouse brands in the world, and the Fallsview location inside the Hyatt Regency is one of its most striking settings. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame unobstructed views of Horseshoe Falls directly from the dining room, turning every meal into an event in itself.
The menu focuses on premium dry-aged cuts with a full craft cocktail bar. The atmosphere is upscale without being rigid, and the room has a modern energy that works for a celebratory dinner, a business meal, or a late-night drink at the bar after a day at the falls or the casino.
Our team visited STK Steakhouse Fallsview as part of our in-person hotel visit. We ate here and photographed the full interior. It is genuinely one of the better dining experiences in the Niagara Falls area, and worth reserving a table for rather than walking in on a busy evening.
